First Digital Story Response

In my Online B class, we recently created our first Digital Story. Overall, I enjoyed the project. It's a lot better than writing an essay on a topic. I think more classrooms should incorporate technology into their everyday agenda's. In a lot of essays, students don't necessarily know what they are talking about, and neglect important pieces of information. With a Digital Story, you repeat your information out loud which makes you realize if/when you need to do more proofreading/editing. The part I enjoyed most would have to be choosing pictures on a topic that actually interested me and finding out more information on those topics. As far as difficulty, the only part seemingly difficult was to find facts that would interest other people in a short amount of time. Personally, I might use this method in the future for a project if time permits, but a lot of classrooms are "anti-technology" or they run on strict time limits.
